A couple weekends ago, we were out enjoying the beach for a few hours. Two days in a row, we spotted dolphins. Those who know me well know that I have a compassion, interest, and fascination with these beautiful creatures of His. I got super excited. We strolled at the ocean shore and followed them for a while. Watched them for a long time. As we looked around, so many folks were in their own little worlds that they totally missed the pod of dolphins. It was fun pointing the dolphins out to people we walked passed. Their reactions were priceless, especially the kids.
The next night, we went out to take a walk on the beach. Seeing the full moon shining on the water was gorgeous. As we were walking, we were reflecting on our previous dolphin observations. Some questions that came to our minds were “Do we get that excited to follow Our Father, His word, His guidance?” “How often are we in our own little world that we miss His voice, what He is trying to show us, and/or how is He leading us?” “Do we share Him and His love with all of the people we come in contact with as well as shine His light on a daily basis?”
